Born in Culemborg City in the centre of the Netherlands, Ruud van der Linden possesses a wide spectrum of experience for over 20 years in high-tech industry. Crossing the globe, with major Multi-national Companies. More than 10 years experience in leading commercial-, marketing-, distribution-, and Business Unit organizations in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific.
With a Master degree in Physics and Mathematics, Ruud started his career as a Teacher. After 5 years of teaching, he changed to a business career. Starting from at Philips computers, he moved to Philips semiconductors, as a project- manager and later as a manufacturing manager in the Netherlands. In 1993, he started his international career. Ruud was offered to join Philip Semiconductors Sunnyvale in the U.S. as the General Manager. After having had the experience and ability to manage complex operations from the sales and support services of all Philips Semiconductor Products. Philips took advantage of Ruud’s strengths and track record to develop their company in Asia Pacific.
He was able to create a worldwide sales and marketing team for Philips in the U.S., Taiwan and other countries in Asia Pacific. Later he made Philip Semiconductor Asia one of the most successful companies in the Asia Pacific region. After his career at Philips, Ruud started with Hitachi GST and achieve after a short introduction in 2005 as an outstanding Vice President marketing and sales Asia. After this he and was appointed as a Senior Vice President marketing and sales Asia Pacific, America, Middle East and Africa for Freecom Technologies, a Dutch high-tech data storage company. With his head office Taiwan.
With his ever present eagerness to achieve more and explore uncharted areas, Ruud decided to move on to Interim Management Business and to be an owner of the company in Hong Kong and Bangkok. With all energy and experience, Ruud joined hands with his partners “Ebbinge & Company” to launch Elite Executive Interim Management Limited, as a high level international Interim Management Company, which has the network and knowledge for clients in Asia Pacific, focusing on implementing business/corporate solutions, change management and crisis management on a global base,
Ruud van der Linden is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of EEIM Limited, which is provide clients with high quality Interim Management. Ruud and his shareholders have started the company with determined objectives.
