The International Finance Corporation of World Bank Group and the Government of Egypt, recently sent a group of Egyptian government representatives to visit the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) (ESIE) developed by Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. Their objectives were to learn from the highly successful case studies of Hemaraj in managing industrial estates and Free Zone, and adapt he knowledge for “Business Start-Up Simplification Project in Egypt”.
