POWER-GEN Asia, the premier conference and exhibition for the power generation and transmission and distribution industries, has announced the launch of the preliminary conference programme, with a leading line up of over 100 excellent high quality industry speakers for its forthcoming leading annual conference.
From 7th to 9th October at the IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Centre, power and energy industry professionals will be able to see a range of leading international speakers, from Thailand and beyond, discussing some of the most important issues facing the industry, economy and environment
Following this years conference theme, which looks at future energy security issues, a diverse range of topics will be discussed, from traditional fuel technology and the development of nuclear power, to the future of green and renewable power generation, discussed in the Renewable Energy World Asia conference track.
Strengthening Energy Security for Sustained Economic Growth
Thailand is exploring new opportunities from coal and gas to renewables and nuclear and is one of the first countries in Asia to have a policy to encourage generation of power from renewable energy.
