The Thai Women Association of Thailand and Ministry of Commerce Thailand with Siam Paragon send you an invitation to “Mother of the Land” in celebration of Her Majesty the Queen’s 77th birthday. The Thai Women Association of Thailand was established on in 1932 and has registered as an association on 29th of March, 1984. On the occasion of Her Majesty the Queen’s 77th birthday, the association has held ‘Mother of the Land’ exhibition during 7th-16th of August, 2009 at Siam Paragon.
The exhibitions will display the work of Her Majesty the Queen under the concept “76 provinces where Her Majesty works” with ‘Pride of Asia” the highlight of the exhibition that collections numerous of beautiful silk clothes, appreciate Thai ancient hand-made silk and a very special exhibition ‘Issaan hand-woven fabric’.
Also, this is the first time for the silk exhibition in the Asian Plus Six by the Ministry of Commerce Thailand with the great fashion show ‘The Pride of Asia’ to welcome the summit between the Asian Plus Six, Thai silk will be exhibited, also will be made as traditional dresses of 16 countries.
Displayed by Thai supermodels and actresses ; Natalie Srichaphan, Paula Tayler, Sawika Chaidej, Cherry Khemupsorn, Bee Numthip, Emmy Morakot Kittisara, Ann Thongprasom. With the design by Thailand and world four leading fashion institutes.

The biggest silk exhibition of the year with the beautiful collection of handicraft and cuisine there will also be food product exhibition from Her Majesty the Queen’s project ; Chinwah pork, U-liang duck, organic food with special menus.
