Many big real estate companies join “Home Buyers Expo 2009” such as LH, Prueksa, Perfect, Supalai, L.P.N, etc. It is believed that this year is the greatest chance for buyer. Now there are many people who preregistered and interested in buying house more than 3,000 people and now there are cooperations with many alliances to advertise the target group of customer to have the number 50,000 people.
Mr. Borisud Kasinpila, the managing director of Home Buyers Guide Co.,Ltd. and holder of Home Buyers Expo 2009 revealed that this event has acceptances from many real estate business company such as Land & Houses Plc. , Prueksa Real Estate Plc., Property Perfect Plc., Supalai Plc., L.P.N Development Plc., Fragrant Property Ltd, Wang Thong Group Plc.etc.
Many people believe that now it is the perfect time for real estate marketing according to many factors such as we have passed the worst point of economic recession and customer’s reliability would be better too. The interest rate situation now is at the lowest point after this it could be higher in the future.
An important thing which is a special support from the government especially for the buyer who buy a house is able to take the house cost to discount the income tax for 300,000 baht, it is expected to have only in this year
Not only the big land development companies joining the expo, but also many financial institutes too. More than 10 banks have prepared 2 kinds propositions which are home loan and NPA. These NPA are still too many in the market value more than 10 billion baht, so the banks have to sell all of them as fast as possible.
About public relation, Mr. Borisud said that the company has communicated to customers via internet system since last 2 months before the expo begins. Most of the customers are people who need information about residence from the member database of www.home.co.th.
“More things we are doing now are to expand acknowledgement out to new target group of customer like family or even people who have already owned a residence. This is being performed by the company and its alliances. It is expected that more than 50,000 people will join the expo. The time period of 2 weeks before the expo begin, there will be an advertisement for general people via television, radio and publishing as in the past which was very successful.
Mr.Borisud also talked about Home Matching project which encourage people to request for any housing project information in advance by visiting www.home.co.th, many people are interested in this project. There are more than 3,000 people registered for it now. Besides project information, sale promotion and loan service from those companies, people who joined Home Matching also have chance to win prizes from the website and will get some souvenirs in the expo day too. It is expected that there will be 5,000 people registered for it in the expo day.
Home Buyers Expo 2009 will be held on 20-23 August 2009 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Zone C which comes along with “Home Builder 2009” begins on 19-23 August 2009
