Bangkok--29 Jul--Right Man Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce spearheads the CRM strategy with Thailand Best Friend (TBF) project, targeting to tighten 53 global VIP partners. The event is considerably supposed to boost up eight billion baht or more than ten percent growth of export value. The nominated exporters will submit their top three best-buyer lists to win the privileges that specially offered for the Thailand Best Friend (TBF). The benefits provided for the VIP partners will be valid for two years. The winning selected companies are invited to officially visit Thailand and to receive the certificates presented by the Prime Minister of Thailand, Mr. Abhisit Vejjajiva. They will also be the special guests to visit the variety groups of industrial sectors of Thailand and travel around the highlight spots of Thailand. Thailand Best Friend (TBF) is regarded as the first project that has applied the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to reinforce the pleasure of foreign importers towards Thailand and Thai products. The Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce has invited 53 worldwide potential importers to visit Thailand meanwhile the Ministry of Commerce will also host the warm welcome and the trip along the whole program of their visit. According to the Department of Export Promotion, these business partners have imported products from Thailand at the value of 80 billion baht each year in all categories including fisheries, poultries, agriculture, lifestyle products, fashion products, heavy industry and trade services. The Ministry of Commerce expects ten percent growth or eight billion baht of the orders to be posted by these major importers. Positively, the Thailand Best Friend (TBF) project will help stimulate all business sectors of the country and can substitute to a shrinking purchasing power. Additionally, The Ministry of Commerce has collaborated with several agencies such as the Airports of Thailand PCL., Siam Piwat Co. Ltd., hospitals and retail shops to offer the first class and exclusive privileges to the TBF Card holders. The benefits include Very Important Zone (VIZ) the special discounts from leading business partners such as luxurious hotels and resorts, restaurants, five-star spa & fitness, golf courses, hospital as well as over 300 shops of department stores and more than 100 services. The Suvarnabhumi Airport offers the Fast Lane privilege for the card holders who do in-advanced declaration.
