Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (dtac) encourages everyone to express gratitude to mothers on the occasion of the Mother’s Day on August 12. The customers who make payment at dtac’s customer service outlets nationwide on August 10-12 will receive sachets and small cards to write messages to express love and gratitude to their mothers. (Only 10,000 sets of sachets and cards will be available.)
Besides, the dtac call center prepares special activities on August 12. The customers who call 1678 will learn about services designed especially for the Mother’s Day including special ringtones from the Ring4U service among others. On the Mother’s Day, customers can use the “SMS Send to Mom” service to send short messages (subject to the charge of 3 baht per message). Customers may send their own messages or choose the messages that staff at the call center will recommend. Customers can also send their voice messages to extend their best wishes to mothers through the “Pop Pop” service that allows them to have their voice recorded for up to 60 seconds long per message. The service also enables recipients to forward such voice messages or send reply messages.
