Thai Union Frozen Products PCL. (TUF), led by General Manager Praphan Simasanti, along with over 300 TUF green-minded men and women and Siam University students, recently volunteered for a mangrove reforestation activity to mark the birthday of Her Majesty the Queen as well as to symbolize pubic royalty to the Queen. The effort, a part of TUF-subsidized fruitful “Regaining Coastal Ecosystem Balance through 1,000,000 Mangrove Sprouts” program, was also meant to cultivate mangrove-conservation awareness among the nation’s youth. The event took place at Operation and Learning Center for Natural Resource & Environmental Conservation (Mahachai’s Eastern Coast), Tambon Khokkham, Samutsakorn province.
