Elements, the smart-casual restaurant at Sheraton Pattaya Resort where the world of gastronomy meets in a stylish tropical seaside ambiance, has launched two new buffet concepts offered every Saturday evening — Wine and Seafood - combining abundant selections of refined cuisine with equally stimulating wines.
The new “Ocean Feast” Seafood Buffet is another special Saturday evening occasion with the finest and freshest product prepared in ways inspired by the world’s great seafood cuisines. Prime rock lobster, crab, mackerel, and more are barbecued on fiery coals or steamed with herbs and complemented by myriad hot and chilled gourmet seafood dishes. From the appetizers, diners can select the likes of succulent marinated smoked salmon and creamy corn & crabmeat platter. Plus meticulously mixed salads with cat fish, rock lobster, mussels, calamari and more.
The seafood and other savoury selections are rounded off with desserts, including a gushing chocolate fountain, lots of fruit dishes and a generous cheese board.
The Wine Buffet offers free-flow of a wide array of specially chosen wines from the world’s top wine-growing regions in Chile, Argentina, Australia, France, Italy and South Africa. Among the selections are both well-known established wines and wines from smaller wineries specially chosen by the hotel’s sommelier for their unique qualities.
