1. Approval for Organizational Restructure of the Corporate Strategy & Planning Department
THAI’s Board of Directors approved in principle to restructure the Corporate Strategy & Planning Department whereby further details of the organizational restructure will be purposed for further consideration.
2. Appointment of THAI’s Management
2.1 Mr. Pruet Boobphakam, THAI’s Managing Director (Vice President level), Cargo & Mail Commercial Department was appointed Executive Vice President, Commercial Department.
Mr. Boobphakam will also remain Acting Managing Director, Cargo & Mail Commercial Department.
2.2 Mrs. Chuda Dhanabhumi, THAI’s Special Activities Advisor was appointed THAI’s Vice President, Human Resources Planning & Development Department.
Effective as of 28th August 2009 onwards.
