Available for lunch and dinner, Chef Ikeda and his culinary team will cook the premium quality Australia Wagyu beef to succulent perfection in the intimate surroundings of Kisso. Dishes include Wagyu teppan yaki, pan-fried sirloin of Wagyu teppan yaki style, and Wagyu shabu-shabu using Wagyu beef sirloin. Australian Wagyu beef is bred from original Japanese stock and is held in high regard by chefs and discerning diners for its marbling, tenderness and flavour. In Australia, the highly prized cattle are raised in the heart of Australia's grazing lands. Inspired by the superior quality of Wagyu beef, Chef Ikeda’s dishes will elevate the dining experience at Kisso to new heights of epicurean pleasure.
