The Conrad Bangkok welcomes Chinese master chef Tony Liang from the Republic of China, to demonstrate his “Eight Great Traditions of Chinese Chuisine” from 10-19 September 2009, at Liu restaurant.
Chef Tony Liang is currently the head chef in China Harvest, Chinese restaurant of Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa. His exceptional level of culinary skills was collected through his career path in several renowned restaurants and hotels in both Europe and Asia. You can be sure to experience an incomparable taste sensation every time you dine.
The award winning China Harvest restaurant, offers a variety of different styles of Chinese food, specializing in Cantonese and local Hainan, prepared by their chef from Hong Kong.

Shandong cuisine: Tripe salad with vegetable slice
Hunan cuisine: Stew Pork belly with special soy sauce
Szechuan cuisine: Slice garoupa fillet with chili and Sichuan pepper
Guangdong (Cantonese) cuisine : Stir fried seafood combination with spicy vegetables
Fujian cuisine : Buddha jumps over the wall
Anhui cuisine : Marinated pork feet jelly with alga
Huaiyang cuisine : Double boiled meat ball with clear stock
Zhejiang cuisine: Dong pong pork
