Casablanca Restaurant introduces “The Riviera Cuisine”

Bangkok--22 Sep--Casablanca The Riviera famous cuisine have stirred the souls and palates of food lovers for centuries, which is why Chef Susie Nilklad, Executive Chef of Casablanca Restaurant, would like to introduce to you this unique cuisine through the five course menu degustation, “The Riviera Cuisine”. Start up your journey to the Riviera with Homemade Rabbit Porchetta, accompanied with baby greens and truffle vinaigrette followed by Homemade Gnocchi with Truffle Butter then Baked Sole, sole baked in tomato water, served with tomato confit and braised fennels. Your final course is Roasted Stuffed Chicken, served with tomato fondue, panisses and heart of romaine. Last, but not least is a sweet traditional French dessert, Mont Blanc, meringue with cr?me de marron and chantilly cream, topped with chestnut candy served with your choice of tea or coffee. The Riviera Cuisine is priced at 1,800 Baht* per person with a glass of soft drink and 2,200 Baht* per person with a glass of French wine, choose from Chablis, Burgundy, France 2007 or Chateau Haut-Colombier, France 2005.
