Fragrant Group, a well known condominium developer has introduced ‘Fragrant Property Management’, a firm that would be its subsidiary with the aim of providing management services similarly to a 5-star hotel to cater to the clients of ‘Prime 11’ project that would start to see the units being transferred starting in October this year.
The new subsidiary would cover all aspects of building management from decoration, services and investment of both sale and rental to support clients from The Prime 11.
Mr. James Duan, chief executive officer of Fragrant Property revealed that Fragrant Group’s concern about management after transferring is the reason for the setting up of this company as buyers of the units are usually concerned about this issue mainly because of good quality of living to clients is the top target of Fragrant.
This new company could be the future for the many more projects that Fragrant Group is planning on undertaking.
“We don’t want to be seller or condominium developer only. We want to be a part of residents to care and help, similarly to family members. I’m confident that the operations of Fragrant Property Management will prove to make us different from the rest in the market as it is our intention to satisfy clients with convenience in every project we undertake,” Mr. James said.
Mr Kittiphun Ouiyamaphan, general manager of Fragrant Property Management said Fragrant intends to fulfill the needs and improve the living standard in condominium with high convenience.
The management will cover in 4 fields namely
1) Professional interior design
2) Property management with higher standard than other condominium such as business center, personal secretary, fitness center, preliminary medical service including activities to build relationship among residents
3) Investment advisor to bring the highest benefit to investors in selling or rent residential units
4) Improve efficiency communication between Fragrant Group’s team and clients which will be able to receive and respond all requirements from clients in each project.
“We are engrossed in providing the best service to clients in all projects by Fragrant namely Fragrant 71 which is completed, The Prime 11 which will be start to be transferred from October and Circle which is expected to be completed by the end of next year,” he said.
Mr. Kittiphun further said that new development projects by Fragrant Group would also be managed by this company with the aim to improve living standard to our residents according to “our concept -Trust We Give.”
