itSMF Thailand Chapter is an independent organization focusing on promoting IT operational excellence, by providing an end users forum, which enable member organizations to share their experiences, their challenges and successes on leveraging IT Service Management Best Practices. The “itSMF Thailand Conference 2009” 3rd Annual Conference is organized on Tuesday 20th of October 2009 from 8:00am to 5:00pm, at Ballroom A, 3rd Floor Swissotel Le Concorde Hotel, and welcome people who are keen to know more about ITIL and IT Service Management.
The event is all about innovation in the real world to address IT and business alignment challenges. During the conference, you will hear Mr. Robert Stroud, ISACA Vice President & itSMF International Executive Board sharing his comments on the future direction the ITSM industry is heading and discuss the relation between the frame work and standards in the industry, such as ITIL, ISO\IEC 20000 and COBIT.
You will get a chance to listen to other experienced industry experts and visit the technology leader booths i.e. IBM, HP, CA and Symantec.
