Start from the 1st of October 2009, “InAzia”, the pan-Asian restaurant at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa will be presenting a new menu with authentic dishes from Japan, China, India and Thailand.
Tempting new dishes include Yam Poo Nim Gub Mamuang (crispy fried soft shell crab and green mango salad), Kung Pao Prawn (Stir fried prawns with peanuts and dried chillies in Kung Pao sauce), Panko Soft Shell Crab (crispy breaded soft shell crab served with ginger Ponzu Sauce), and Lamb Rogan Josh (Lamb curry cooked with freshly ground spices and yoghurt) and much more.
