Philippe Le Bourhis (3rd from left), General Manager of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, recently congratulated the chefs who participated in the “I am a Chef” contest on a “Food with Green Vegetables from The Royal Project” theme. This competition was designed with the aim to give the chefs a chance to show their skills and creativity. All the dishes will be included in the restaurant’s new menu.
