Starwood Hotels in Bangkok including Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers; The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok; Le Meridien Bangkok; Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok; Plaza Athenee Bangkok, A Royal Meridien were the leader of the Management team, Associates of the Hotel as well as the public in Bangkok to join effort in accomplishing the 10 km “Run for Children — The 5th Mini Marathon for UNICEF” organized recently by the Hotel’s staff at Suan Luang Ror 9 on September 6, 2009. With participation of the famous host from UBC Academy Fantasia, Khun Por as MC and the presence of many celebrities such as Oliver Poupart, Helen Phathumrat, Benz Phonchita, Mick Bharomwooth, Toon AF3. All of funds raising from humanitarian will be donated to UNICEF to immunize thousands of children in the Asia Pacific region where more than 30,000 children die every day, mostly from preventable diseases.
