Bangkok--22 Oct--Millennium Hilton Bangkok
A venue unmatched in Bangkok, the Millennium Hilton inspires an ambiance of traditional warmth and luxury with aura of urban classic cool. Recently named Best Urban Hotel by Anywhere Travel, our hotel’s strategic secluded riverside location is easily accessible by our private boat and the new BTS Skytrain link.
Few cultural festivals have made a global impact like Oktoberfest — the 16-day Bavarian festival dating from 1810, renowned throughout the world as a celebration of the finest beers, ales and friends. Thanks to German - Thai Chamber, Air Berlin and the Millennium Hilton Bangkok, you don’t need to travel to Munich to experience the fun and frolics — we’re bringing Bavarian authenticity with a twist of classic Thai hospitality to our riverside dining venue, Flow, from November 6-7 2009.
After the success of last year’s Oktoberfest event, we are delighted to announce the return of our Guest Chef, Leander Roerdink-Veldboom. Chef Leander has created a menu of German delicacies including Baked Bavarian meatloaf, whole roasted pork with caraway gravy, while roasted chicken and boiled Weisswurst sausage. They’ll also be a delectable array of traditional Bavarian cold cuts and breads, such as caraway bread rolls and pretzel with cheese for only THB 1,300 net (not included beverage) per person. You’ll be able to enjoy these fine foods as well as Paulaner beers — the main event, of course! Stay late into the evening with the sounds of Anton and Band — the German band who have played at the Oktoberfest many times and the Band will be flown over just for the occasion. Flow is the perfect place to enjoy the festivities — a relaxed, information atmosphere with good music, great food and the finest beer.
