Throughout November, V9 Wine Bar and Restaurant is offering sumptuous Foie Gras. Prepared by Executive Chef Boris Cuzon, the menu includes a delicious array of Foie Gras dishes. Choose from ‘Pan-Seared Duck Foie Gras, French Toast and Caramelized Pear’ and ‘Duck Foie Gras and Snow Fish Tempura’. For those who prefer it more natural, indulge in the ‘Duck Foie Gras and Thai Mango Tasting Crumble, Pan-Fried and Au Torchon’. For the gourmands, ‘Tournedos Rossini Australian Beef Tenderloin with Pan Seared Duck Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce’ is highly recommended! Prices start from Baht 400++.
Commence your evening with a glass of Kir Oriental Champagne at only THB 999++ or one of our very special Wine Flights. A wine flight consists of three sample glasses of wine for the price of one, the perfect way to taste and explore the difference between wines.
While you’re there, drop into our extensive Wine Cellar with 150 imported wines from countries all over the world at the entrance to V9, where our sommelier will help you select the perfect bottle to compliment your dinner. As usual, wines by the bottles are always available at retail prices.
