Bangkok--28 Oct--The Westin Grande Sukhumvit
Throughout November at Kisso Japanese restaurant, The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok highly prized abalone is transformed into refreshingly simple and tasty dishes at the hands of intuitive Chef Ikeda.
With its firm texture and refined taste, the abalone is considered a delicacy. Our renowned chef has created several outstanding dishes that bring out the best in this delicious seafood with typical Japanese culinary flair. Diners can enjoy awabi isoni otsukuri, slow cooked abalone in soy sauce sashimi style, and yawarakas awabi amiyaki, charcoal-grilled slow cooked abalone with sesame soy sauce. Other choices include the crisp yawaraka awabi tempura, deep-fried slow cooked abalone tempura.
Chef Ikeda’s special selection of abalone dishes is available at Kisso throughout November.
