From 10th-15th of November we are proud to welcome Guest Chef King Wang, joining us every day for lunch and dinner. Chef King Wang, a native of Shanxi province in mainland China, is a man with 11 years experience at some of the finest hotels in the country and a specialist noodlemaker. This is truly where cooking meets art, and you’ll be able to experience Chef King Wang preparing famous Chinese noodles before your eyes in our dramatic show kitchen at Flow. Watch as a master creates famous delicacies such as liang pi, silver needle noodles and misua — created from ingredients you’d never thought of — from rice and wheat to mung bean and lye water — noodles in China are a art form all in themselves.
