In September, La Vue French Restaurant of Siam@Siam Design Hotel & Spa will take you to world of cheese, featuring some of the best cheeses from France, England, and Switzerland.
Indulge in the creamy, rich Fourme D’ Ambert, a cheese from France that develops blue moulds during the two-three month maturing process.
From England, there is that creamy Stilton, blue cheese made from cow’s mil with a lasting, tangy finish; Italy's contribution is the Gorgonzoly, a traditional, creamery semi soft cow’s milk blue cheese. The greenish-blue pencillium mould imparts a sharp spicy and rich creamy flavor.
And last but not least, the Gruyere, hard cheese with the aroma suggesting meadow flowers trapped in rich from Switzerland.
