TNT Express Worldwide (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently won the ‘Most Customer Focused Award’ at 2009 Thailand National Call Centre Awards Ceremony, held by the Call Centre Industry Association (CCIA) of Thailand at the Amari Boulevard Hotel. TNT is the only express integrator to have won any of the awards at the event this year.
As one of the highest accolades for the Contact Centre industry, the CCIA awards which have been held since 2007, recognise the importance of outstanding customer service and also encourage the development of self-regulating standards throughout the call centre industry. TNT recognises that the contact centre is often the customer’s first experience with TNT.
