Chef Gaborieau offers up a variety ranging from the traditional Hot Souffle ‘a la Chartreuse’ to the modern and chic Rhubarb Carpaccio with fresh berries and Violette ice-cream. As well as this exciting a la carte selection, Chef Gaborieau has created a 7-course Wine Dinner, available nightly for tables of 10 in our private wine dinner for THB 4,500++ per person.
