During the month of December, Executive Chef Boris Cuzon is turning V9 Bar & Restaurant into an Oyster Bar, offering a large variety of fresh, succulent oysters imported directly from France and America. Compliment your oysters with the ultimate in luxury: a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne at only THB 700++.
While you’re there, drop by into our extensive Wine Cellar with 150 imported wines from countries all over the world, where our sommelier will help you select the perfect bottle to compliment your dinner or to take home. As usual, wines by the bottles are always available at retail prices.
Experience cool sounds selected by V9 DJs, ranging from Jazz, Lounge, Latin, to funky sounds and house. Prop at the long bar, sink into a soft chair or simply take a table for some excellent food and admire Bangkok’s skyline at V9 Wine Bar & Restaurant from the 37th floor of Sofitel Bangkok Silom, where “Life is Magnifique!”.
