Chartered Square Holding Co., Ltd. recently repositioned and re-launched its 33-storey Chartered Square Building (CSB) on North Sathon road as 5-Star Office Building offering top-of-the-line products, services and facilities to its customers under the slogan “We Bring Smiles to Your DAY”. Inspired by 5-Star concepts, the repositioning is part of the company’s long-term vision to add more value to the services delivered to present and future tenants by extending the attribute of the hospitality industry to the workplace in order to provide its tenants with the highest level of satisfaction.
A total of 80 million baht has been allocated for the repositioning with 50 million baht spent this year for the building renovation and upgrading of common facilities such as car park, lift system and Tenant Relationship Management supported by Oracle ERP System, etc. The company plans to spend another 30 million baht to complete renovation for all floors of the building by next year.
