The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has selected eligible securities as the constituents of the SET50 and SET100 indices for H1/2010 (January 1-June 30, 2010). The review was based on trading data of eligible securities during December 1, 2008 to November 30, 2009, SET Group Head, Market Development Santi Kiranand said.
There are three additions in the SET50: Quality Houses PCL (QH), The Bangchak Petroleum PCL (BCP), and True Corporation PCL (TRUE). There are also eight additions in the SET100: Country Group Securities PCL (CGS), Krungthai Card PCL (KTC), Thainox Stainless PCL (INOX), Indorama Polymers PCL (IRP), STP&I PCL (STPI), Padaeng Industry PCL (PDI), Bangkok Metro PCL (BMCL), and SVI PCL (SVI).
The SET50 Index is calculated from the top 50 eligible securities and the SET100 from the top 100, with 5 securities in the replacement lists of each index.
