From January 8th to February 28th, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening, guests ordering the exquisite dinner buffet at Taste will also receive a perfectly char-grilled or poached half Phuket lobster served together with a glass of Chardonnay. On request, the highly prized lobster will be cooked by Taste’s talented chefs in the stylish venue’s open kitchen.
A delicious daily changing selection of sauces will include a classic baked lobster with a thermidor ragout, poached lobster with a tarragon mustard mornay sauce, and inspired char-grilled lobster with chili, lemongrass and ginger butter, gratinated lobster with a crushed young peppercorn b้arnaise, and grilled marinated lobster with fragrant Thai herbs and lime leaves.

The special lobster dish and Chardonnay will offered along with the Buffer Dinner for Baht 1,300 ++ per person. Guests can also order refreshing Chandon sparkling wine Baht 2,250++ per bottle or Baht 450++ per glass, and classic bubbly cocktails.
Taste is a contemporary all day dining restaurant serving an enticing range of gourmet international cuisine in a visually dramatic setting.
