Enjoy at the Blue Elephant Cooking School and Restaurant a very unique dinner on Christmas Eve 2009 with an amazing menu of 6 courses at 2,490++/person.
The meal starts with Zakousky, Por Pia Sod Laab Ped, Poo Jar, Kha Nom Beung Foie Gras mousse topped with Thai mulberry sauce, Avocado Hoy Shell Salad, and Passion Sole, followed with hot soup Clear Black Chicken Soup or Tom Yam Giew Koong, Sorbet Som Sar & Prik, before a main course of Gai Ngoung Sod Sai Samun Prai, and Andaman Lobster Gratin, Kapeg Phad Nam Man Hoi and Organic Turmeric Rice. An enchanting trio band will capture the Christmas Spirit. This Christmas Eve menu will be available from the 24th till 26th December only!!
To celebrate the future establishment of a Blue Elephant Cooking School and restaurant in Phuket, we have created an “Andaman Pearl New Year’s Eve.” The Andaman Pearl set menu consists of 5 courses, starting with Zakousky “Mermaids Dream”, followed with Sea Breeze (Trio Foie Gras), Coral Garden (Phlaa Koong Mung-Korn), Aquatic song (Croquette Crab), followed by a selection of soups - Deep Dive (Bisque Tom Yam Koong) or Blue Lagoon (Tom Kha Kai Dum). Main dishes consist of Black Pearls (Massaman Kai Nguang), Prince of Ocean (Hor Mok Plaa Hima), Nor Mai Farang Phad Nam Mun Hoi and Khao Hor Bai Bua, organic steamed jasmine and sticky rice in lotus leaves. Dessert is based on the fabulous Belgian Chocolates and specialty of Blue Elephant’s Creator — Chef Nooror SOMANY STEPPE.
The New Year’s Eve menu is for the 31st December only!! at 3,690++ Bht or 4,290++ Bht. with a glass of Blue Elephant Champagne “Duval — Leroy Brut NV”. You will enjoy a traditional Thai band, and dance and our live band will entertain your evening.
