The cuisine at VIE WINE & GRILL has been created by Executive Chef Supat Chinsangtip, a passionate chef with over 18 years experience working in some of the world’s top kitchens. Using a technique known as sous-vide, Chef Supat and his gifted culinary team cook dishes under pressure at a controlled temperature below 100oC for an extended period of time, sometimes up to 24 hours. The advantage of cooking in this way is that ingredients lose very little of their natural juices and nutrients.
At VIE WINE & GRILL diners can enjoy premium quality Australia Wagyu beef cooked to succulent perfection on a hot stone grill. Other notable dishes include Rangers Valley beef, Teys Bros grass-fed beef, veal tenderloin, lamb, tuna and salmon served with two side dishes and a choice of sauces such as Cafe de Paris, red wine, B?arnaise, horseradish or cream sauce.
The carefully constructed menu also features a variety of appetizers, soups, crisp salads, Parma ham and fresh seafood dishes. Sweet treats of homemade ice-cream and various traditional French desserts complete an evening of outstanding dining.
