This January Anna & Charlie are pleased to offer one of their all time favorite Thai menus, fried rice (or in Thai, ‘Khao Phad’). Although this dish is known for its simplicity, it’s consistently one of the most popular dishes ordered in any Thai restaurant in town. Typically when a Thai is unable to find anything to eat, a plate of Khao Phad is selected. It can be considered a side dish or a wholesome meal on its own. Khao Phad contains beneficial nutrients that range from carbohydrates to protein. Above all else, a plate of fried rice is simple, quick, delicious and good for you!
