Our Executive Chinese Chef has prepared Six Authentic Chinese Festive Set Menus for this special occasion offering some rare and differentiating delicacies. Menus, for instance, are Smoked Salmon and Deep Fried Prawns with Creamy Fruit Salad, Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat and Shitake Mushrooms served in a Clay Pot, Saut?ed Jumbo Scallops with XO Sauce, Baked River Prawn with Spice Salt, Man Ho Special Fried Rice, and Mango Pudding.
Dinner (18.00hrs — 22.30hrs): A La Carte Menu, Special Set Menu for Couple at 2,900 Baht including Sparkling Cocktail
White Elephant Thai Restaurant
Traditional Thai cuisine in rich, yet peaceful surroundings; the selected Thai restaurant is offering a special set menu accompanied by authentic Thai classical dancing. Start your appetite with golden fried chicken wing stuffed with minced pork and shrimp, and wing bean salad with white shrimps, roasted coconuts and Asian herbs, and followed by traditional hot & sour river prawn soup with fresh herbs and coriander. Enjoy the entr?e with “Northern style” stir fried Australia scallop with baby corn, and stir fried chicken with cashew nuts, mushroom and roasted red chili, and grilled NZ sirloin with “Panang” curry sauce, and stir fried young “Chayote” leave and “cowslip creepers” with oyster sauce; And finish you memorable meal with deep fried banana served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Tsu offers a special set menu on Valentine’s Day with Aki’s creation sampler. Welcome all the guests with Hokkaido style Salmon creamy Miso soup, followed by Grilled King Crab Cabbage Salad with Crab Fat Dressing and Sashimi New Wave before the entrees, Taraba Tempura with Aki’s Creamy sauce and Deep fried Snow Fish with Saikyo Miso sauce, then 3 kinds of roll sampler — King Crunchy Rolls, Kobe Beef Lover’s Roll and Sparky Rolls. Finish the meal with special Japanese Mochi dessert.

Nami offers five-course menus for this valentine. Start off with Vegetable Creamy Miso Soup and King Crab Salad with 3 Different Kind of Nami Dressing, followed by Japanese Crispy Rice Tart with Foie Gras with Balsamic Soy Sauce, and the 3 mains - Simply Saut?ed Australian Angus Beef Striploin with Mushroom, and Snow Fish and Vegetable with Sweet Soy Sauce, and Phuket Lobster, served with mix Vegetable and Garlic Fried Rice. Finish the course with the famous Banana Flamb? with Ice Cream and Chocolate Syrup.
