Bangkok--15 Jan--JW Marriott Bangkok Welcome to the Year of the Tiger in authentic Cantonese style with Chef Simon’s superbly innovative dishes at Man Ho to celebrate Chinese New Year and many other memorable occasions in the very best Cantonese culinary tradition. Five special set menus for 10 persons are started from 12,999Baht, 13,999Baht, 15,999Baht, 17,999Baht, and 28,999Baht, are available for lunch and dinner on February 14, 2010. Start your meal by tossing the customary New Year special dish Fung Siu Yue San, the aromatic salmon sashimi that signifies the start of celebrations. Menus include such specialties as shark’s fin soup with conpoy, Double Boiled “Monk Jumped Over the Wall”, Superior Fresh Abalone and Sliced Sea Whelk in Yunan Ham Sauce, Roasted Peking Duck, Braised Sliced Abalone & Shitake Mushrooms with Oysters Sauce, Fried Kale & Baby Pok Choy with Conpoy and Enoki Mushrooms, Fried E-Fu Noodles with Shredded Sea Asparagus and Shredded Chicken and much more. Man Ho operates during lunch from 11.30am — 2.30pm, and dinner from 6.00pm — 10.30pm. JW Marriott’s Executive Chef Dieter Ruckenbauer has prepared Grand Buffet Lunch at 1,600Baht particularly for Chinese New Year such as roasted suckling pig with condiments, marinated jelly fish salad, Wok fried prawn with broccoli, and stir fried sliced chicken in Szechwan spicy sauce and more at Marriott Caf? only on February 14, 2010 from 11.30am. — 2.30pm.
