Bangkok--23 Mar--Chevron
Chevron held ‘Chevron Cares for kids’, its annual charitable activity, for children at the Human Development Foundation (HDF) and Mercy Centre. Marianne Geagea (3rd left), wife of Joe Geagea, Managing Director of Chevron Asia South Ltd., joined Chevron employees in the activities arranged for kids at the center and presented a donation of 200,000 baht to Father Joseph H. Maier (center), the founder of HDF and Mercy Centre, a Klong Toey community-based charitable organization which helps children in 30 slum communities in Bangkok.
‘Chevron Cares for Kids’ has been organized for 9 consecutive years with warm-hearted cooperation from Chevron colleagues. This year, ‘Chevronman’, the energy and environmental conservation super hero entertained and gave away ‘Chevronman’ comic books and Chevron gift bags filled with stationary to all children at the center.
