Watsons, the No.1 health and beauty retailer in Thailand with the highest sales for five consecutive years, revealed its business direction for 2010 and announced plans to open 15 new stores nationwide this year, maintaining its leadership in the health and beauty retail category in Thailand and bringing its total number of outlets to 170. In 2010, Watsons also plans to implement a host of customer relations programmes, building upon the success of Watsons Membership Card, targeting more than 200,000 new members this year. An extensive range of Own Brand products will also be introduced to address the lifestyle and needs of Thai consumers.
