18 Leading home builders will exhibit at Architect ’10. Teaming up to participate under the “Home Builder @ Architect ’10” themed pavilion, they will bring with them a vivid showcase of more than 1,000 housing models as well as a highly experienced team of architects and engineers to provide consulting services to all visitors. To go with their complete array of housing models, there will also be many on-site promotions for all visitors, while those who register in advance through www.hba-th.org will get additional discount of up to 100,000 Baht.
Currently the home building market has a combined value of approximately 12,000 million Baht and enjoys an annual growth of 10—15% continually. With the Home Builder Association as a key driving mechanism to upgrade the industry standard, the Association plans and organizes several industry related activities, e.g. the Home Builder and the Home Builder Focus, on an annual basis. As the home building industry is directly related with engineering and architecture, this year 18 of the Association’s leading members will team up to exhibit at Architect ’10 under the “Home Builder @ Architect ’10” themed pavilion. Their participation @ Architect ’10 is well meant to create better understanding towards the home building industry with the general public, engineers and architects as well as to cement a good relationship with participating construction material companies.
With 18 of its leading members to start, the Association intends to make its participation at the Architect an annual event to be added to its calendar. With a spacious area of 972 SQM as their themed homes @ the Architect ’10, the 18 home builders will host and serve all visitors with their most updated and trendy housing models. With more than 1,000 housing models and 100 styles to choose from, those interested to build houses could immediately pick and make their dream homes come true.
In addition to home building, the Association will also provide many useful knowledge to all visitors at its booth, e.g. how to build a home and standard home building contract. To make it even more convenient, there will also be engineers and architects to provide free consulting services at all of its members’ booths, while the Association will put its “New Home Design Volume 3”, which is the latest collection of all housing models from the Association’s members, to be on sale at a special price of only 199 Baht.
On top of all the services to be had, visitors to the Home Builder’s pavilion will also find many special promotions, discounts and give-away prizes, while those who register in advance through the Association’s web site at www.hba-th.org and sign contracts on-site will get special privileges including an additional discount of up to 100,000 Baht as well as a right to buy the Association’s “New Home Design Volume 3” at a special price of only 152 Baht.
