Bangkok--14 Jun--The Sehgal Group Top Indian food critic and Editorial Director of Hindustan Times - Vir Sanghvi - visited Indus Restaurant on Thursday, 10th June 2010. Vir Sanghvi who had done a review on Indus in Sunday Magazine of Hindustan Times had even better comments this time. Sanghvi’s comments on Indus’s comments book which sits on the table in the restaurant’s stylish sandstone walled corridor reads — “Yet another terrific meal. The food here just keeps getting better and better.” Sanghvi, who is the Editorial Director of Hindustan Times, is a foodie, writing the inimitable -- and hugely popular — “Rude Food” column in Brunch, Hindustan Times' Sunday magazine. In 2004 Penguin compiled and published a book with these columns which won the Cointreau Award for Best Food Literature Book, which in the international food world is the equivalent of the Oscar. Indian Culinary Foundation also recognized Sanghvi as Best Food Critic with an award.
