Executive Chef Boris Cuzon of V9 Wine Bar and Restaurant at Sofitel Bangkok Silom, welcomes you to taste a delicacy of “Moules!!! Frites”, fresh Mussel cooked the way you like and served with crispy French fries at THB 350++ per dish.
Mussel characteristic is plump and sweet with muscular texture. Try the freshness of mussels from the sea through a variety of the delicious preparations include ‘Steamed black mussels’ cooked in many different styles such as Marini?re, Normande, Thai, Proven?al, Poulette, Red Wine, Curry and Beer.
Complement your mussel dishes with a selection of 150 imported fine wines from our Wine Cellar, where our sommelier will help you select the perfect bottle to compliment your dishes or to take home. As always, wines by the bottles are available at retail prices.
