Throughout the month of July, New Master Hong Kong Chef Jovi Kay-Yan Cheng is proudly present his new exquisite creative a la carte menus and new Dim Sum menus at the Sofitel Bangkok Silom’s award-winning Shanghai 38, Chinese Restaurant.
Come and try the finest new a la carte Cantonese dishes that reflect the true spirit of regional Chinese cuisine as well as very elegant contemporary modern Cantonese dishes to sit alongside Western delicacies, artfully prepared by our New Master Chef Jovi. The new a la carte menus feature “Fried fillet of grouper on vintage vinegar - Northern Shanghai style”, “Poached shrimp wanton tossed with Szechan chili oil”, “Steamed crab with roasted garlic and sticky rice in basket” and many delicious more. Prices start from THB 400++.
Chef Jovi is also launching his New Dim Sum menu, introducing new flavours and textures, yet still presenting all-time favourites such as "Stir-fried rice noodle roll with Shanghai chili paste", "Steamed young ginger, grouper fillet dumplings" and just to name a few.
