Good, Vice President — Operations (1st row, 1st from left) and Mr. Winfried Hancke, Group Operations Manager (1st row, 2nd from left), bring all Executive Chefs and Food and Beverage Managers from of Centara Hotels and Resorts to attend Food and Beverage Management Seminar and Workshop 2010 at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. The seminar and workshop is an annual event where F&B management of each property share experience and brainstorm to come up with the strategic improvement on F&B operation for all properties under the group.
