Popular for its authenticity Italian taste, Favola recently organized a Long Table 04 - blind wine dinner with the participation of many loyal and VIPs guests.
The evening started with a private training session at Latitude 18 lounge where Khun Thakoon Kijadetch, Sales Manager Horeca of BB & B Company, was invited to give out all the tips on how to taste and judge wine.
The blind wine dinner than started at Favola restaurant where a 4-course dinner was exclusively prepared by Chef Gustavo Maurelli to pair with the selected wine. As the bottles were wrapped, guests were invited to guess the name of the wine and to give their own appreciation throughout the dinner.
The fun ended with a lucky draw and everyone left home happily with basic wine knowledge.
