Chef Ing - Julawan Pongsuttimanas, the owner of cookery school 'Chef’s Club by Chef Ing', recently hosted a workshop highlighting Thai fusion recipes with ZESPRI kiwifruit.
Chef Ing whipped up a range of healthy kiwifruit menus including a ZESPRI Gold Chardonnay Jam, a ZESPRI Greek Salad with ZESPRI Gold Sauce & Balsamic Dressing, and a ZESPRI Gold Razzi.
For those with a truly sweet tooth, Chef Ing saved the best for last with a ZESPRI Green and Gold swirl cheesecake.
The event, supported by Harper’s Bazaar and Zespri International, attracted celebrities and food lovers from all sections of Thai society along with New Zealand’s Ambassador to Thailand, H.E. Mr Bede Corry.
“ZESPRI kiwifruit is not only a national icon for New Zealand, it is incredibly nutritional and good for your health,” said Mr Cory. “To have the opportunity to see Chef Ing weave her magic with Zespri kiwifruit and then enjoy the amazing recipes she created, was a pure delight.”
