Futuris Automotive (Thailand) Co., Ltd., recently opened a ready-built factory in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong) developed by Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. The factory will manufacture automotive seating products for the Thailand market and for export. Futuris globally supplies many of the world’s top carmakers including General Motors, Ford, Toyota and Chery Automobile. Production is scheduled to start in September 2010.
