Anna & Charlie’s Caf?, a family-style restaurant situated at the corner of Narathiwat Ratchanakharin and Ratchadaphisek Roads, is cooking up a special healthy meal for our beloved moms this August.
To honor maternal love this year, the restaurant’s culinary team has created 4 memorable menu items featuring healthy and flavorful Thai herbs. Each dish is rich with nutritious benefits and is the ideal reward for someone who has dedicated her life to caring for the rest of us.
For starters, one cannot go wrong with one of three delightful herb salads created just for mom: Pamelo Salad mixed with Thai Herbs and Fried Dried Prawns; Lemongrass Salad with Fresh Prawns and Thai herbs; Fried Mixed Herbs Salad. The ingredients are fresh daily and the salads are delicately prepared and favored until the taste is perfect. The results are truly scrumptious; few diners expect that Thai herbs could be the basis for such delightful salads.
After a memorable salad to start your dining experience, we recommend that mom be treated to savory Dory Fish served with Tamarind Sauce. This dish is rich in omega 3 fish oil and the tamarind sauce aids digestion.
