CMC Group is to promote quality residential projects in Home Buyer’s Expo 2010, highlighting a generous campaign, ‘CMC…0 Baht Down Payment and Transfer Fee’, and a new project launch, ‘CHATEAU IN TOWN Phahon Yothin 14’. CMC is expecting to hit a 70 million baht sales target in this exhibition.
Chaopraya Mahanakorn Plc (CMC Group) Deputy Managing Director for marketing and sales, Anongluck Padhayanun, revealed that CMC is to market 5 projects from all Bangkok strategic locations and for all customer needs in Home Buyer’s Expo 2010 from 19-22 August, 2010. They will be promoted under the new campaign ‘CMC…0 Baht Down Payment and Transfer Fee’, plus extra special promotions to meet customers’ demands for houses and condominiums. The new campaign is expected to accelerate sales in the second half of the year. Moreover, the company is launching its hottest project, CHATEAU IN TOWN Phahon Yothin 14, with a presale promotion. The sales targeted for this event is 70 million baht.
