The seminar held as a platform to analyse the Board of Investment (BOI)’s policy framework for investment promotion and trends of real estate and property market in Thailand in 2010-2011. Yutthasak Kanasawasdi, director of the BOI Investment Strategy and Policy Bureau, with Christian Glanville, Managing Partner, and real estate journalists were also at the event held at Pullman King Power Hotel.
