General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central, the lower Northeast and the East into the low pressure cell over the coast of middle Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Continuous rainfall remains some heavy in the upper country. People in risky areas should beware of severe conditions.
The moderate wind and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf are likely about 2 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea, 1-2 meters high in the upper Gulf, and more than 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
