Weather Forecast During 15 ? 20 Oct, the strong monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the upper South, and the East while the strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Thundershowers and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are expected in the lower Northeast, the Central, the East, and the South. Meanwhile during 17 ? 20 Oct, the high pressure area from China will extend to the upper North and the upper Northeast cause 1-3C drop with cool in the North.
During 16-17 Oct, a catagory 2 Tropical drepression over the coast of the lower Philippines. It is expected to move pass Philippines to the middle South China Sea and upgrade to a catagory 3 tropical strom and then to make land fall over the middle Vietnam during 17 ? 18 Oct.

During 16 ? 19 Oct, people in the risk areas of Thailand should beware of severe conditions. All ships of the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower areas and keep offshore. Small boat should keep ashore.
