General Situation The moderate high-pressure system from China covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Morning cool is forecasted in the area and strengthening wind in the Northeast, the East and the Central. People in upper Thailand should be careful of their health due to variable weather.
The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South while the low pressure covers the end of Malayu cape cause isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the lower South. People in the South should beware of the severe condition that may cause flash flood.
The strong wind and waves are likely in the Gulf of Thailand, 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershowers areas. All ships over the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and keep off thundershower areas. Small boats should keep ashore during 27-28 Nov.
